I'm still drawing some GW stuff, I just haven't finished any yet. Working slow since I'm taking a small break after all of the Workshop and Christmas hassle.

I'm sure things will pick up again soon. If you want some action, there's always the icon contest over at our deviantArt group.

I am still doing guildwars art too (my poor commissioners... Soon they'll all get gift art from waiting so long Q_Q) though most of it is traditional to practice style, realism and or just vent my creative mind. I've been playing my necro a lot so she's a heavy inspiration right now. Making her make faces is just so much fun!

(blah blah blah)

I'm so curious about the results :3

Well, in case I get a honorable mention in the offical contest, prepare for a lot of contests. Having a Everlasting Reindeer Tonic transfered to Everlasting money (something I don't have atm ) I could host some weekly/monthly contests. Otherwise I depend on your donations Though there will be way less interest in other workshop since many in this thread just hopped on because of the official contest. Our prizes can never beat the value of the Anet prizes.

Haha, same here. Same thing I said for Halloween - on the off chance I win something, I'll finish out my HoM, buy the minipets my GL needs to fill out his, help my boyfriend get a good chunk of his done, and use the rest for contests and such on here. Cos really, what else would I use it for?

That too! *flails* So many artists I'd like commissions from, but my armor addiction keeps me pretty damned broke in-game

am i the only one that would have just liked to have the tonic, for the tonic and not money?
I have no money woes in game but definately not enough to pay for a super inflated item like that. Although Im sure I wouldnt have made it even to honorable, Im still seriously miffed I missed the deadline

Me! ^_^

I think the reindeer is super cute, and special
I have teeny money, I'm glad if I can buy some sweets (for my title, I have little over 1k points to go), or if I can help my sister out.
But I wouldn't sell the tonic.
It's kind of the same thing like my mini destroyer, I won it on Anet's 4th bday contest, and I never thought about selling it.

Sorry to come out of nowhere, but could someone update the first post to include my entry? It seems to have been overlooked.

satomz, I updated it. Sorry for missing yours. :/ I did watch it, but somehow must have forgotten to add it to the first page.

And heh, I want the tonic for the tonic and not money too. It's a fun tonic and I'd love to use it again and again! I've pretty much done what I want to do in GW, and even though there's still a few things left I could get, not much point to it since I don't play very much anymore. At most, I'd sell the tonic after playing with it a little so that a more active player can enjoy it. :P

I don't find tonics alot of fun. It's fun to use one a couple of times, but then it's not really fun anymore. And personally I get bored of the tonic when I have been in that form for around 20 minutes. :/

Same as infested here
Why get a tonic when you've spent hours of effort + cash to get your really awesome armour?
(why would i want a tonic when my monk is PINK!)

I'm also not a fan of tonics, mysterious ones are the only ones that are any fun and even those get old after the fifth time. Plus I spend no time at all in outposts so it'd never get any use at all.

XD It snowed here the other day, now it's just cold. Which is annoying. I got a tattoo the other day and the shirt I'm wearing makes it visible but since it's not covered my coat rubs against it (it's wool) and it's not exactly comfortable D:

Supposed to snow more tomorrow, wooo...I hate snow too much of it here.

And haha, Frost, I never spend any time in any outposts unless I get distracted in the middle of going to do something, or am runing/dying armor. Thaaaat's about it. Not that I really play much, but I have a habit of wandering away from the computer mid-vanquish or something like that XD

(and at the moment in-game my wealth consists of about 50k, half a stack of feathers, some alcohol and tonics, and a mini Destroyer. Wooo. I never have any money.)

We had 2 weeks of snow lying around until last week. That was so annoying, not a fan of the coldness and we are not used to have that much snow for that long here. I am so glad that that's over.

I also think I have a magical Xunlai Chest. Because I don't do anything on GW and my money keeps raising and raising.

I always get to surprised when people talk about snow as something they've almost never seen before. We get snowed in every year here up north, sadly not everyone in this country knows that, especially not the once in charge of communications. What? The trains don't run when it's below -10ºc? Then why did you buy them to a country that can and will go below -25 (in some places at least) every winter?!

I've had enough of my share of winter, pile high snow and cold (I'm from Hungary)

But I've lived in Texas for over 8 years now, and I'm happy whenever it snows (and we don't have to go anywhere). ^_^
